Dear supporters and friends of The Daneford Trust.

With a very heavy heart, I have to make it known that trustees lost a valued member of our team.
Ayodele Bandele, known affectionately as Ayo was a longstanding trustee and alumni of the Trust.
He sadly passed away earlier this month.
He completed a voluntary placement in St Vincent and the Grenadines in 2010 and subsequently was elected as a Trustee in 2016. A post he kept until this year.
The recent months proved particularly stressful and tiring for him as he endured multiple medical issues. Despite this, Ayo was upbeat and as passionate as he ever was about global citizenship, his memories and influence in all matters concerning young people and global adventures abroad through community volunteering.
We will miss Ayo greatly.

We send condolences to Ayo’s mother Aisha Bandele and other family members and friends.
